(More customer reviews)I purchased this pillowcase cover when diagnosed with a dust mite allergy. It seemed to help. The problem with this case is the defective zipper. It wasn't long before it started separating when opening/closing it. When I took it off to clean the last time I spent 15 minutes trying to get the zipper closed. I finally gave up & threw it away. Since it was only a few months old, I definitely didn't get my money's worth. Could be it was just a case with a bad zipper but that doesn't improve my experience.

(More customer reviews)I always thought dust-mite-proof bedding had to be plastic and crinkly, like a child's waterproof mattress cover. But Allersoft proved me wrong. Plastic-free, but woven tightly enough to keep dust mites out, it's just like a nice cotton cover. Or cotton blend. Whatever it is.
How well did it work? I was doubtful, so I ordered only a few pillow covers. I was surprised the next morning to find my respiratory system significantly happier than it had been in months. My nose was clear. And I didn't spend the first 15 minutes awake sneezing. I'm sure this cuts down on the snoring, also, because it helps eliminate the allergy-caused inflammation of the airways that contributes to snoring. Very pleased!
I just finished ordering Allersoft coverings for all of our bedding: pillows, mattresses, box springs and comforters. We are one happy family now.

(More customer reviews)This is the only duvet I have ever had. It's very pretty, but goodness it's a pain to get the comforter in this thing correctly. The comforter never stays in place, and I get these gigantic bulges everywhere where the comforter has balled up and the rest of the duvet is crumpled and wrinkled. Maybe that's just an issue with all duvets, I am not sure. The top where it buttons is also fraying and it's only been washed twice.
