(More customer reviews)I ordered the 600 thread count duvet cover from Homespell in January. When I received it, the cotton felt really rough and not high quality. I've had sheets with far less thread count that felt better than that. So I returned the item. Homespell has you email them for a RMA # which you need to include in your return. Well, it's mid April and I just checked if the refund had been made. It hadn't. It took me contacting them almost three months after returning the merchandise to get the refund.
