The only thing that is kind of deceiving about this picture is that on the left and right sides there's really not much of a pattern, its more towards the end of the bed. Also, there's not much of a pattern towards the top of the bed, which is so you can fold it over and see the pink of the underside of the duvet cover. I am very happy with it.

The colors are vivid and pretty. The only thing is that the shams are not as pictured here with a pink border. So, just be aware of that. However, the shams that did come with my duvet set are just perfect for me so I have no complaints. I've washed it several times and it's still as bright and colorful as the day I bought it. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I got the set pretty fast and when it wasn't what I wanted the company was great about letting me send it back. If you like it I'd say get it but know it's darker than the picture.

Pretty disappointed in the poor quality. The design shown is as it appears in person but that's about it. For the money we could've bought a brand new comforter and not just a duvet cover.

One note, in the picture it looks a bit blue, the description calls it khaki, but to my eye it's closer to a shade of green. The packaging said "plum", instead it was brown with some of the flowers in plum. It seems to me that the coloring was a mistake which was why it was on sale. The seller should have said "slightly damaged" and I wouldn't have ordered the item.

I washed it with color catcher sheets,and put in about eight sheets for good measure, but the color still ran, although not too badly. The white side of the duvet cover has a slightly orange tone to it, so we just use the brown side. If you buy the set, I recommend washing along with several color catcher sheets for the first few washes. If I could try it again, I'd put in a whole box for the first wash.
